Anyway, what I meant to post here is, I GOT TICKETS!! 3 TICKETS TO 8/30!!!!!!!! There aren't enough exclamation marks in the world to convey my happiness!!!! But I still need two more tickets for friends, so please contact me if you have extras!

First update of the year! *dead* I'm so so sorry. I haven't been updating because I wanted my first post of 2009 to be a recap post of 2008, but I can't seem to find the energy to make one, so... uh. I'll talk about Believe instead!

I listened to the tiny preview in the Yatterman news clips over and over again and knew it would be good, but I didn't realize it would be this good. When I heard there were electronic voices I got nervous, since I have a phobia of talking computers (leave me alone~) but it's more Perfume style than anything. Also, I wish people would stop hatin' on Perfume. I think they're cute. ;0; I can't stop listening. <3 <3

Kumori nochi Kaisei on the other hand, I don't like as much, but I'm sure I'll get used to it after hearing it every week in the drama. Keyhole doesn't work well for me, so I missed UtaOnii this morning and the download is going so slow. ;_;

Yes, Best Artist was that good. I've been a little sad that Kaze has been overshadowed by Truth, even though it was a Double A side single. To tell the truth (no pun intended. well maybe a little) I don't actually like Truth much. It's not all that Arashi-ish and they can't seem to do the choreography well. I much prefer them to do happy songs on their end of year performances, and my wish has been granted. It really was like everyone in the audience was there for Arashi. Totally awesome. Also, Shou and Kyoko just need to get married already so Shou can have the best Father-In-Law ever.

Been avoiding vox for a while because there's so much drama and complaining going on lately. (OMG IT'S JUST HAIR WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL.) I'm so glad I checked it today though, to find out about the Hana Yori Dango Final preorder~~~ Shipping wound up being 4300yen. This should go down in the record books as the most expensive movie of all time. *weeps bitter tears* Only for Doumyouji. <333

I had a nightmare last night that for whatever reason, Yamapi and I were living together in a mansion. It turned out to be haunted, and like many nightmares, I was brutally murdered by very scary things. Right now I am super pissed at Yamapi for not saving me. DDD<

Another thing I'm pissed about is the 2,000 Japanese fans that got to go to Taiwan. So this Asia Tour is, once again, mostly a chance for Japanese girls to go on vacation with Arashi rather than Arashi giving a concert for the rest of Asia, after all. Geh. I will kill them if they pull another Secret Talk 2006 thing. (well, not Arashi themselves, but the staff. You know what I mean.)

Yesterday night there was a tornado and brought the most beautiful weather in I don't know how long this morning. I love Fall. ;;;; I can't wait for the leaves to start changing.

I got my photobook yesterday! (which explains the storms. xP) It's lovely! All of the pictures are very artistic and nice! ... is what I want to say, but to tell the truth, I can't even see most of the pictures because the fold is in the way. RAGE. You can't even see Nino's face in his birthday picture. Uh. Who is in charge of this? Were they drunk? I want my money back. ;___;

Ahhh, what cute bumblebees they are. <3 <3 Also, that "Ahhh" is an understatement. Picture lots more h's and a font 10x as big and you have my feeling right now. Edo Harumi's marathon has started. <3 She was fine a few minutes ago, but she seems really nervous now. She was all teary-eyed giving a speech on her dream of six years to become the runner, and of course ended with her guuu~ and ruined the moment. xD

Kawase Yuuka-chan was a girl born with only two heart chambers so she spent most of her early life in the hospital, but made tons of friends when she started school. Although she got worse and had to be hospitalized, the friends went to visit her everyday, and finally got a response in the form of hand movements. She even went back to school in his hospital bed, but died in 2005. So, her entire class gave her a graduation from elementary school. ;__; It's barely been an hour, but you can already seen Aiba-chan crying in the little box. I know this is horrible of me, but are her friends crossdressers or are they actually girls?

 Ahh I'm behind. They don't have enough commercials! First they showed Abe Shouta, who  was born without arms, but can manage just fine but eating, writing, and playing DS with his feet. His "chikai" is to swim 100 meters and make everyone happy. But to do that, he needs to work on breathing to the side, because he sinks otherwise. So with no help from Nino (he sucks xD) he manages it! The next Michael Phelps. Then they showed Asumi ("tomorrow's beauty") a girl that was given only a year to live, and wasn't supposed to be able to eat by herself, walk, or talk. Here she is today singing "Nada Sou Sou" with her mother. Then more darts, and now Oono's art project!

Oono will be making 24 figures in honor of 24TV. Then they're making a hot air balloon with everyone's pledges for the figures to ride in. xD Now they have a hot guy doing wheelies. He broke the world record of 100 meters by 2 seconds! <333

Only four minutes left of Jun's birthday and no mention of it. ;;;;; It's getting to be late over there, so probably it will be boring for a while? They just did some epic fail experiments with a giant paper cup phone (Aiba-chan called Yukie "Nakamacchi Baby" Oh noes, is Jun going to beat him up later? xDD) Plus a not so fail one with an orchestra playing "Tonari no Totoro." <333 Now they'll be showing embarrassing videos for a while~

Randomly, Jun and Nino appeared at Amuro and Sayla (from Gundam)'s wedding. xD The wife seems like she was falling for Jun. rather than her new husband. 8D;;; Now they're trying for one more world record, and then probably back to the embarrassing video countdown. One of the clips was of Shou's failure during the pole vaulting over the river in that minor sports G no Arashi episode, and then Aiba's Italian Cannon. xD

Jun and Nino are in the studio watching sports news, the other three haven't been seen in an hour or two. Sleeping, most likely. I wonder when Suekko Team will get to sleep? They look so tired. ;;

It seems like the news will be on for a while. They're doing a few reports on Edo Harumi's marathon (she's still going fine) but that's it. Time to eat lunch and take bathroom breaks! Noo, they're back doing embarrassing videos. The MC is promising many more Arashi videos. <33

They showed a Juniors video of Aiba, Nino, and Jun snowboarding. Jun and Nino were sitting like zombies in the studio for a while, then Aiba suddenly popped up! Time for more experiments, oh ho ho ho. In the Shukudai-kun studio, Aiba, Shou, and Oono are in their lab coats doing a wasabi snow cone experiment. Will it make your nose burn, or give you a brain freeze? Jiken Kekka! Nose Burn 4, Brain Freeze 1! (Aiba) *dies* They also make some gomi chips, pretty much exactly the same as that G no Arashi episode (fried corn cobs, watermelon seeds, etc.)

A continuation of Nino's dart tour -- He visits a 78 year old woman who's "chikai" was to never give up waking up every morning to work in the field. Then she teaches him how women pee when they get old. How nice of her! <3 Then he meets two 12 year old girls who's "chikai" is to cherish their friends. They recognized Nino's face from TV, but didn't know his name. After he gives up and walks away, they shout out "Sakurai-kun!" He replies with, "Yeah, I'm Sakurai-kun! *DIES* As it turns out, more older people recognized him than younger.

Okay, I can't decide if this wedding is supposed to be serious or not. xDDD Random comedians dressed as Char (Chaaarrr <333) and did skits (Dandy was there with his GETS 8D) but just now  "Amuro" just read a touching letter to his wife, and a letter from the wife's mother, and they're all crying. ;__; It seems like the midnight 24TV is ending soon.

AAAAND they're back at the Budoukan! Nino and Aiba! Does Nino ever get any sleep? Shibata Rie is with them. *dies* An update on the marathon, the heavy rain has let up finally, but her knees are starting to hurt. She's only done 40km so far. D= Oono only has ONE of his 24 figures done. *dies*

I passed my 12 mark! My chikai is to stay awake the next 12. xDD Nino did a "magic" weather report, and now they're doing the first report on the swim from Aomori to Hokkaido. Sae-chan, who lost her sight when she was one and is a fan of Aiba-chan, is the first swimmer in the relay. Other than that, their looking for more chikais from around the country but there's too many for me to keep up with. In other news, Edo is in really bad condition it seems like. It's going to rain later too. ;0;

DAISUKEEEE. <33333333333 And Becky and Tego. They're out searching for gold in a river. Apparently some old man found it when he was a kid 47 years ago, but his older sister told him it was fake and to throw it back. If he hadn't have done that, he would have been rich because they're worth 300,000yen each now. So, those three and a bunch of kids go on a treasure hunt to find the rest! ...but before that, they're showing the story of a kendama teacher. He got the idea to teach kids how to play kendama in class from doing volunteer work in Africa (didn't catch the country, sorry ;;),  where so many children aren't able to go to school. Now he teaches at a school in Hiroshima to give confidence to the students in between school work.

The story behind Myuu no Anyo Papa ni Ageru. Kojima and Mr. Pee Cup meet again and drink beer. xDD Plus other much more touching things. Aya looks so similar to Karina, too. And of course both Myuus are adorable. She wrote a letter to her father asking her to take her to a theme park in the fall. xD I thought this would be a lot longer than it was. No fair~ They moved on right away to a story about a super strong 82 year old widower. He has a new girlfriend and wants to express his love towards her by throwing heavy balls around. Don't ask.

A comedian with three kids shares some totally cute home videos, and in the little corner box it looked like Jun was about to cry eeeeeee. They they all come on stage and sing Anpanman. ARASHI ARE SUCH DORKS. Right after that, Jun messed up on reading the cue card and kept looking closer and closer. I love blind dorks even more than regular dorks. <333

A teacher that lost his arm in an accident in elementary school becomes a sumo teacher, but as the times change he has no students. Stuff happens. I- I- I'm not interested in sumo either, sorry. The swim relay to Hokkaido seems to be going well, but the waves are pretty strong right now and they're not going very fast. The Ponyo girl arrived on stage. I'll die if they sing Ponyo with Arashi. 8D~

More traveling around and interviewing. A 1st grader wants to be a baker when she grows up because she loves bread. She especially loves the salt on top of melon bread. Uh, but it's sugar. xD This girl could easily be Captain's daughter. Speaking of which, where has he been lately? I hope he finishes his figures on time, as it looks like the the marathon nor the swim relay are going well at the moment. There's finally been an update on the treasure hunt! Jun smile was so adorable when Daisuke appeared on the screen. <3 The problem here is that with all the rain the water level is rising.

Sandwichman travel to northern Miyagi to document the damage of the earthquake there earlier this year and to perform a comedy show for the elementary school there. ......*yawn* oh noes.

Not enough commercials again! The News Zero team follow a boy with a disease that makes his skin peel horribly. Urg, I don't understand Japanese medical terms at all. I'm guessing it's similar to psoriasis, which I have myself, so I can understand a little bit. (but I'm so lucky and only have it on my legs and in my ears) He wants to be a director for television. He makes a movie based on smiles, featuring other people with his same disease. He's so cute omg.

Funny, I always thought that guy with the wound up tie was gay. They give us a soap opera based on his life with his wife, then they introduce the Japanese women's wrestling team. Hamaguchi and her crazy dad are love. Shou-chan called her "Kyoko-san" instead of "Hamaguchi-senshu" like always. =o =o Hello Project (Ayaya, Mari, and a bunch of others came out and sing for Sae-chan, who's back to swimming in the relay again. Finally, more experiments, oh ho. Can you cut of the bottoms of vegetables and have them grow when you 'plant' them? Yes! Mostly. But where is Aiba-chan?

They're really running out of hottoitara ideas. They did a few more weird shaped vegetables, then finally moved on to a serious story. Miyu (Minmi) is a middle child that was diagnosed with bone cancer. At first, her mother hid it from her, but she figured out eventually.  She asked "Why me, when there are so many other kids out there? and her mother told her "Because you're so strong, it's a homework assignment from God." Minmi decided to take on the homework, and her mom promised not to cry anymore. She went through surgeries and finally went back to school, but died a little after her 10th birthday. A few months later, her mom finds a birthday card for her in her desk drawer that she worked on for months in advance. ;_; A continuation of Nino's darts tour, he interviews two men (88 and 92!) playing croquet. One guy's chikai is to not to depend on anyone once he gets too old to move, he wants to "go to heaven" right away. The other one wants to live to 100. xD

When I saw the Sen no Kaze ni Notte guy come on, I knew plenty more tear jerkers were ahead. They do a special on the late Cunning's Nakajima (35). He died of leukimia or something like that, right? Even when the skin peeled off his feet, he would laugh and joke about it, but in his diary he wrote about how scared he was. He wanted to see his two year old son grow and stay with his family, but after recovering, he relapsed and died. So, of course they have to sing Sen no Kaze.... and I burst out laughing thinking of Sho-chan. WATASHI NO OHAKA NO MAE DEEE

Finally, Aiba's task. Teaching Kousaku-kun, who cannot move his legs and arms properly, to swim with the dolphins. Apparently that includes not only staying with him in the water, but intruding into their house and scarfing down breakfast with his family. xDD I LOVE AIBA. The problem is, he's afraid of swimming in the ocean so Aiba has to hold him the entire time. Understandably, he's not completely sure about it. 8D;; After eight hours, they reach the island with the wild dolphins. He gets scared and they quit for a while, while Aiba practices holding the staff instead. He's so thoughtful. ;; He goes back in the second time and sees two dolphins playing so close to him. <3333 Dolphins are amazing. And thankfully, Aiba didn't get bitten again. xP Back in the studio, Africa is already complete on the globe balloon for Captain's project! Plus, he finished 12 figures.

A flood warning has been issued for the area where they're doing the gold hunt with Daisuke, Becky, and Tegoshi. They can't even try to enter the river now, so they're giving up. ;______; But there will be a revenge! In the meantime, the dancers are getting ready for their shows (including Rarararai!) and Oono's tast is starting. This girl, from what I can understand, is losing her mobile ability slowly? She's a beautiful painter and he's so sweet with her. ;;; She was bullied in school for her illness and because of that she wants to continue to paint no matter what to forget everything. More than anything, she wants to paint the ocean. So, right away, Oono takes her on a date to the aquarium and she paints based on her memories from that. Then, the painting is revealed (omg it's beautiful I want it for my room ;;) and will be included on the globe balloon.

Her father wasn't even her paternal father and yet he still was so much more of a dad then the cute guy's dad. ;_; The tree they named after her finally bloomed this May. Aoyama Thelma performs Soba ni Iru ne. Also, the swim relay is halfway done!

Okay. Breathe. Calm down. Now they're doing a story about Masashi-kun, who needs a surgery to get his knees to extend properly. But, he plays baseball. If something goes wrong, he won't be able to play again, but his teammates encourage him. The surgery is a success, though he has lots of rehab to go through. Then, some, I assume famous baseball player comes to coach him. He made a promise with him to get a hit during the next name, but he doesn't. ;_; That's life. On the bright side, only 7k left in the swim relay!

Uhhhg, I wrote a long paragraph on Nino's task but it didn't save?! Anyway, a brother asks Nino for help to write a song for his little sister, they write a song, and I swear Nino was going to cry.

J- J- Jun in Cambodia. It mostly follows the story of Thaury, a 15 year old girl that found out she had HIV four years ago and tried to kill herself. She hates her father, so she lives with the other orphaned kids. He visits many places, including the worse off children in the hospital, and tries to get Thaury to make up with her father. Probably it's not that simple, but he takes her to her parents' house and they have a talk to understand each other more. When he leaves, she says "I'll never forget you Jun-san, don't forget me." and they hug. Oh man. Oh man. That's not the worst of it. They kids sent a present to Jun for his birthday, and a message "I love you Jun" from her. Jun's voice was quivering while he spoke.

The swim relay is almost there~ Nino was reading some faxes to Sae, and someone asked if she knew who's voice it was; she answered "Aiba-kun <333" Man, Nino has bad luck today. Now it's finally Speed's turn~~~ Their reunion after 9 years. omg, so many nostalgic songs. They visit people they visited with during the time they hosted 24TV to announce their reunion. <3 Not just that, Eriko's own son is mostly deaf and they follow their story as well. They sing a medley of White Love, Steady, All My True Love, Alive, and Body & Soul. I'm sure the people that grew up in the Speed era are dying from nostalgia right now. ;; I know I am, and I only knew them right after their disbandment.

From the previews, I thought these twins from England had Parkinson's, but it's actually a disease that only they have in the world. Yukie flies over there to greet them, paint their nails (I wonder if she painted Jun's too? xD) and give them yukata. Too adorable. <3 <3 Their illness has kept getting worse over the years, and now even their pupils shake. Yet, they insist they are just normal girls. The younger one has Harry Potter for a boyfriend, currently studying in Spain. Their chikai was to cherish their family.

You know what? They considered it. Jun said they considered bringing Shin back for this. But, "unfortunately, there were not talks of it today." I'm so disappointed I want to cry. I guess I just really, really love the original Gokusen. Without it, I would have never had become an Arashi fan. *drama queen* Meanwhile, Yankumi and those posers go to a special school to meet another girl named Nakama Yukie. She matches, pigtails and glasses! 8D She buys her doppelganger a present, a jeweled cherry hairtie. An amazing coincidence, I have the exact same one! I bought it at Claire's on Takeshita Doori. I guess she shops there too. xD

DAISUKEEEE. The treasure hunting team is back in the Budoukan doing nothing, and they showed some clips from old shows. At last, Shou-chan's task. Yuuta was a boy that died of a disease on his 10th birthday simply because they couldn't find a bone marrow doner in time. Now his younger brother Shouta is suffering from the same disease. Before even telling him about it his illness, his parents spend a year finding a doner for him. They eventually do, and he goes in for surgery. While in the hospital, Uehara the baseball player came to visit for Christmas. After that, he promised to get well and play catch with him in Tokyo Dome. He did eventually become healthy, and played catch with him in Tokyo Dome. <3 But wait, there's more! On the 28th of August, just a few days ago, he was invited to throw a pitch at a real game. Yay!

Jun's birthday/24TV is only two days away. I'm planning on waking up at 4am and watch the entire thing. Wish me luck. ;; I recently found out that I'm prone to panic attacks when I eat/drink things high in caffeine, but I'll ignore that little side effect for this weekend. xD I'll be making a big 24TV post where I'll update on the hour. (hopefully with screencaps) That is, if TVU works. If it doesn't, my life is over. Over, I tell you.

I also have a very pressing problem at the moment. Why is it that when I mix the red and blue food coloring, it turns gray-ish, rather than purple? I can't bake a proper cake for Jun at this rate.

Enough of the baking emo, I just saw that J-net updated with filming dates for Shukudai-kun AND VS! I'm so relieved! ;0;
