Haha, everytime I yell at people for overreacting, something worth overreacting happens. Major foot in mouth. *dies*  I didn't think it would get that bad. Subaru still hasn't been punished for his rumored attempted murder, after all. I guess that proves just how popular Arashi is right now.

Anyway, I really really don't believe in the "I'll support him no matter what!" thing. If an idol does something illegal, he should go to jail. It's cut and dry, really. I think people that do drugs are the scum of the Earth, right up there with rapists. I can't have an objective opinion, though, because of past experiences. I have problems that I'll have to live with for the rest of my life because my mother was on drugs while she was pregnant. So yeah, I admit I'm super prejudice about stuff like that.

The thing is, in Oono's case, it isn't and probably never will be proven. The word from Johnny's is probably the word we can trust the least. Then, we have all the other sources. The girls are just money hungry and with the help of a tabloid author shat that long sob story out of their ass to go with the pictures, so I doubt their credibility. Yahoo and J-Cast seemed like pretty reliable sources, but their stories are conflicting. One talks about how the Maou staff stand by him, House Foods have discontinued Tongari cms and au has cut out Oono, plus that NTV is "investigating." The other says the complete opposite. Uh? Tokyo Sports said Oono confessed to the girls (which is very brave and awesome and I respect him so much for doing that) but denied the pot. Then the fans say on Music Lovers he denied both alligations and apologized for the whole thing. (probably Johnny putting words in his mouth) So we're getting a lot of mixed signals. I just hope the denying both charges isn't the official JE word, that would be a let down. I prefer the Tokyo Sports version.

I'm too fed up to believe in any more press for the time being. I'll come to my own conclusions. Honestly? Him being a druggie is as believable as Aiba getting arrested for animal abuse. I think he was just very drunk and very stupid. Like the points that were brought up during Aiba's scandal, he's too trusting. Even if he was sober, if some girl suggested, "Hey, let's take some pictures together!" he would just answer, "Sure, but don't spread them around!" and trust her. xD According to the article, it says some other guy brought the pot and was giving it out. So whether he had some or not, it wasn't his, and as you know, possession is 9/10ths of the law. Plus, since other guys were there, I doubt he was having a threesome. It was just an everyday drunken karaoke party.

 No matter what, damage has been done and maybe more is to come. Emailing companies is not something I would normally do, or advocate doing, but since 2ch started it, we might as well fight back, haha. As long as each message is individual, not a paragraph written by one person that everyone spams in. Just please be mature. I know other people have mentioned this already, but we don't want to turn into Chris Crocker. xD I won't bother to post the links, since everyone else and their mother has done so already.

Speaking of 2ch, I went there to see these so called "antis" and... I didn't find any? Not more usual for 2ch, anyway. In typical 2ch fashion, everyone is just making a joke of the whole thing. Some of the gems include that Matsujun was his dealer, and that Maou stands for Marijuana King. xDD We definitely need more of that! Scandals and tabloids are supposed to be funny. I don't believe that everyone at 2ch is anti Arashi. As you probably know, 99% of 2ch (or 4chan, or any chan for that matter) is fat men with neckbeards living in their mother's basement with nothing to do. They live for stuff like this. It wouldn't matter who the person/group was, they just like ruining lives to kill time. I doubt they care about what happens to Arashi either way, so there's no need to fret over them. xP

Like I said, I can't say "I'll support them no matter what!" but until someone comes up with undeniable proof, I'll support them. I'll wear blue all this week. xD

I heard there will be another Arashi rumor next week in the same magazine? Wow, they're going to have to go all out to top this week's. Maybe we'll find out the drug dealer Jun is a cannibal who eats children and beats up baby seals? Or Nino was caught sticking his Wiimote up Sho's butt? I wish.

Completely unrelated, but the Myuu no Anyo Papa ni Ageru website is totally adorable. I can't wait for this. PAPA JUN. <-- I sound like a broken record.

Oono looks stoned 90% of the time. He was born looking stoned. Yet, in the pictures, he doesn't look stoned, he just looks like a cute drunk pimp. No matter how high tech Japan is, I'm sure the police don't have time machines to go back and arrest him in 2005 when this supposedly happened. Quit acting like drama queens, it's incredibly annoying. I'm the only one allowed to be a drama queen! *shot*

If you look at the tabloid site, it mentions that this is the biggest scandal in JE so far. On another page, it mentions Subaru's scandal as the biggest in JE so far. On yet another page, it mentions that all managers in JE are men. Yeaaah.

At least, maybe the Maou ratings will go up? Perhaps that was the plan all along. xD~

I'm on a Jun papa high, but I can still manage to fangirl Maou with the best of them. Last week when our air conditioning was out, I stayed at various relatives houses and finally was able to get home on Friday. At 8:00am. (the exact time Maou airs here) I was so sure I would miss it, but it started five minutes later that day and I got to watch the entire thing. Lucifer is clearly watching over me~ <3 I- I- I'll consider that a good thing for now.  I can't get enough of this show. I love all three main characters. This week's was even better.

You know the theme song to 24TV, Sarai, that I have been looking for forever? I FINALLY FOUND IT. I love this song. If you're not familiar with it, a flute/clarinet/whatever version of it was playing in the background while Aiba was reading his letter. They also sing the song on every 24TV, so I'm hoping we'll get to hear an Arashi version next month~ <3

Happy Fourth of July!

The Loch Nessatoshi Monster told me to make an entry on Maou, even if it was just keyboard smashing. Okay then.

Seriously, it was amazing. I love Captain. I love Touma. I even loved Nino's minuscule role. Some parts were so creepy I wanted to look away from the screen, but I couldn't, because I didn't want to miss Devil!Oono. The creepiest part is, I own a music box very similar to the one used in the drama. It even plays Somewhere Over the Rainbow. The young girl was also quite creepy. Her eyes are way too big. She's not human, I'm sure of it.

Of course, their acting was superb. Not just from Touma and Oono, but all the cast. I loved seeing Kita-san! I don't want to spoil it, so I can't write anymore, but I really liked the plot so far. I'm sure my neighborhood has exploded with spoilers already anyway. xD

I watched Code Blue as well. It's a good thing I watched it before Maou, because if I hadn't it would have been so boring I would have quit half way through. Does Pi even have a part in this? He only starts getting lines at the very end. Talk about a heartless bastard. I liked all the other characters, though, so I'll give it a second chance. Definitely not as good as Maou. <3

Tomorrow is Sapporo Dome~~~

Since Maou was announced, I had been wondering to myself if our beloved Captain will appear in a gossip magazine soon. You know, because they always time it right before a drama starts, it's starting to get predictable. So I'm not surprised to see the Friday headline at all. The thing is, it might be something they dug up from the past because they were desperate to sell magazines, ala Bubka with Shou, or they might cancel it by the time the magazine comes out, ala Jun and Keiko. I'm kinda thinking it's old, since they were in Sengokupuu (2003, wasn't it?) together. But at least this time we havea good quality picture, and it's so cute. They are the dorkiest looking couple ever, even if they might be broken up by now. 8B I guess we'll just have to wait for Friday.

 Of course, I had to go look her up. She's Yoshino Kimika, born on September 5th, 1975, and is a former gravure idol turned actress. It seems like she mostly acts in horror movies and small parts in dramas? Plus Sengokupuu, of course. Blood type is A, and she was born in Kanagawa. Her hobbies are flower preserving (oooh, artistic!), driving (she could chauffeur Oono), and cooking. She even has a recipe book on her official site. Though the picture with Oono is not flattering at all, she looks quite pretty and classy in photos. Even her older porn-ish photoshoots don't seem as tacky as most idols. Maybe because she has a small chest.

Tomorrow is Maou. I can't believe it. (Ha, you can tell how patriotic I am, I completely forgot tomorrow was the Fourth of July as well. Happy Birthday, America, you scum. Please give my aunt her job back.) The 24TV shirts also go on sale tomorrow, I can't wait to get mine~~~ Plus, Hino-chan has been showing his face on Shukudai-kun lately, and I am a total fangirl for Hino. I hope he bothers them a lot during 24. <3

Does anyone have the any of the Hidden Fortress promotion clips? He was on tons of shows, including News Zero, but I have only been able to find Zoom In (the one where he's in the studio with Hatori-san, and the awful one from today) I wish I could find the others.

Speaking of Zoom In, er, how did Jun survive sticking his hand in the toaster? and why does he look so sickly all of a sudden? He didn't look like that at all in LA, it worries me. I understand he likes to change his look before a concert tour, but before now they've always been good changes. Regardless, anyone rich care to sponsor a trip for me to go to Cannes? 0=D I want to visit for the culture. *cough*

I've been really lazy about posting. What's new?  There have been some tornadoes here lately that have knocked out the power, but most of my laziness is do to being worn out from spazzing too much. 24TV! Maou! Black haired Captain and Touuuuumaaaaaa!  Change starts today! My heart cannot take all this.

Anyway, I heard Aiba played Step and Go and Fuyu wo Dakishimete on his radio show yesterday/today/tomorrow. Someone already uploaded the recordings on LJ, but Step and Go was on MU, so I uploaded it to SS for those of you that can't use MU. I must say, OMFG I LOVE THIS SONG. It's the first time in a very long time that I have liked an Arashi single so much on the very first listen. Though right before the chorus began I started humming "Music for the people loving~" Both songs are terribly old school Johnny's and I cannot get enough of them.

On second thought, I might not be trying for Freestyle after all? 8D;; If it really is only a 10,000 copy print, I'll let someone who is a better Leader fan than I have it. <-- pretending to be noble. Hey, I remember how it felt to bend over backwards to get tickets to the 8/30 concert, only to see everyone sitting around me holding Nino uchiwa.

In other news, my body is currently trying to break the world record for the person having a cold for the longest amount of time.

It's been a week, why am I still sick? Every morning I wake up thinking, "Hey, I'm better today!" and start doing all my online shit, only to start feeling horrible ten minutes later. Desperately trying to keep up with all the news here. Freestyle. ♥♥ The J-Storm website has a listing of what's going to be at there, and wow. I'm really curious about that huge wall painting. Hope it's all properly archived in the artbook. Yet another thing to preorder. See, I sometimes pay attention to other members. 8B

New single! Oh wait, I already mentioned that, didn't I. Well, I heard the preview. If you can call that a preview. If you listen closely enough you can kind of hear their voices? Though I still can't make out the melody. This is the first and probably only time I'll ever think of Captain as too talkative. Just shut up so we can hear the song. ;; Yeah, Aiba or Matsujun might play it later in the week, but I'm impatient. I started and finished both Yoshi's Island and Phantom Hourglass this week and I need something new to distract myself with while lying in bed. ;;

This entry has no point. I'm going back to bed now, will surface again next week. Or perhaps next month, depending. Doctors suck and won't give me antibiotics because I tested negative for strep. D<
 

The night I made my last entry I got so sick I was quite sure I was actually going to die. It's only a cold. I haven't even been able to sit up long enough to use the internet, except for the few minutes it took to start the download for Hachikuro episode 1. Only this morning am I starting to feel slightly better, but that might just because of the recent news. Leader's new play! <3 With Atsu-nii too! I miss No Border. Of course, I preordered the new single right away. The last time they had a making-of was Aozora Pedal, right? I'm excited, but a little disappointed that Fuyu wo Dakishimete is only an extra on the regular edition. (Well, by the time of the release, it will almost be Spring, so I guess I can understand.) Most fans buy both versions anyway so I don't know why I'm worrying. I always need something to worry about, is all. Now when will calender preorders start? *worries*

I watched Shukudai-kun. This is way late, I know. It seems Matsujun's pet owning craze is back again? With a heart at the end of his sentence, to top it off. I remember a while ago he asked Aiba-chan for animal advice, but I thought it had gotten out of his system. xD So now I've been doing research on a good breed for him. (I have too much free time) Based on the fact that he listed owning a dog as his "small goal" for 2008, I must say that he doesn't need one at all with that sort of thinking. Hey Jun, a new family member is not a small goal in the least. Will he come straight home from work every night for the next 12~18 years of his life to take it for its daily walk, or will he go out partying? Will he take it to the groomers at least once month? Clip its nails and brush it every week? Will he have the ability to control his temper and not hit it if the dog has diarrhea all over his carpet or knocks over the trash can just to eat some gourmet used tissues LIKE MINE JUST DID. DDD< Ignore that.

...Okay, I'll admit it. If he takes care if it, by all means, I want him to get a dog just so I can see paparazzi pictures of Jun cleaning up poop off the sidewalk. I took one of those "What Dog Breed is Best for You?" tests with him in mind and number one was a Chinese Crested. xDDD Bichon was second. I would recommend a Shih Tzu (my baby), as they are one of the only non-shedding non-yappy small breeds, but their coat requires too much time. Maybe a French Bulldog if he wants to copy Nino. Although they're terribly cliche, a Golden (if his apartment allows large dogs) or a Toy Poodle might be best for beginners imo.

Also, even if it's not the end of the world, by all means come to Las Vegas, Arashi! It's just about the only place in America where a Johnny's artist won't be made a laughingstock out of. They sort of have the same mentality -- Feathers, sequins, and entertainment are much more valued than actual talent. I ♥ Vegas.

From the fact that I chose to psychoanalyze the perfect dog breed for Matsujun before talking about the Hachikuro drama, you might be able to guess my opinion of it. Sorry Touma. I don't know, I guess my hopes were way too high, like they always are for anything Hachikuro-related. This seems super nitpicky, but the guys just all seemed too young for their roles. Hagu's actress, on the other hand, looked way too old for a 15 year old, and her acting sucked. The worst part, though, was the music. That whimsical, soap opera-y BGM doesn't fit in at all, and it's just a crime for Spitz or Suga Shikao to not do the ending song. Some of the things I did like were Ayu's fighting scenes, Lohmeyer-senpai, and Nomiya's crew, all of which were absent from the movie. Judging from the preview, they're moving the story along fast, so I can't wait for the next episode. Hachikuro is my one true love, I won't give up on watching it this easily.

Today at 6am I had to run my grandma to the emergency room (no big deal, just high blood pressure, but her doctor wasn't in today) and I only just got back. Don't have much to say, except Happy Birthday Oono! ♥♥♥♥  I didn't think I'd make it in time. ;;;

Heard about Shou's new movie, too. The first thing I thought of was this. When I found out the proper romanization is actually "Yatter Man" I got disappointed.

This is clearly a post made on a whim just to raise my post count for November. I've been so bad these last few months.

edit: Just remembered something! There was actually a rumor about this on 2ch a while back, wasn't there? Ever since Bambino ended I've rarely gone there, but happened to stumble across it. It was something like Jun in Hanadan (which we knew) and a new movie based on a Kurosawa classic, Shou in a new movie in November, Captain's play starting in February, and I think it mentioned another Jun drama for Spring? I totally laughed it off because there was no way Jun would start a new movie with Hanadan filming so close, and there was no way anyone would ever chose Jun to remake Kurosawa. *shot* My judgement sucks, obviously. I wonder if this means those other rumors mentioned are legit, too?
