haha, I loved your review/summary! Admit it, though, you LOVED every minute of the torture.
I haven't watched this yet, so can't comment on much, but um, what were they calling the dumplings? Or what did they look like? I might be able to help with that. xD Though my guess is that any Chinese food you can get there can bee found in the US, though it may not taste the same. ;P

Also, re: your visit to Japan, does Arashi have scalpers on-site right before concerts (I only ask because I know Kanjani8 does)? I mean, I'm sure those can be outrageously expensive depending on how good the seats are, but if they do and worse comes to worse, you might have luck with that? I'm guessing you haven't had luck finding tickets on auctions either? Ack, I don't know much more about this either so I don't know what to tell you...
zomg you so need to watch it. <333 It's so crackiful, but I think the title should have been changed to "Arashi Eating Asia."

They're xiao long bao. (sp?) Arashi was acting like they were presents to them from the gods and that they could be found no where except one restaurant in Taiwan. xD After some googling, however, it looks like they can be found just about anywhere. Except within a 100 mile radius of me.

I was told they do, but last year I didn't see any at all. Scalper prices can't be worse than the 200,000yen (arena) tickets that are sold on auction, but the tickets aren't sent out until two weeks before the concert date, so auctions don't start until then. It's not like I have a reliable way of buying from auctions, anyway. ;; The worst part to me, though, is that I seem to be the only one I know worrying over all this. *shot*
Ok I'm making my way through these dvds, and I've gotten to the dumplings part, well, both parts since I guess they liked it so much they had to order it out again? xD I thought they were Shanghai soup dumplings at first, but these seem to be the other kind without the soup inside. I love watching them eat though.

Getting tickets and making arrangements to go to Japan to see a Johnny's concert always seems way too complicated, which is why I haven't tried. D: You should try and find some way to get into the fanclub, which, yeah, I know is really hard, but it would make your life easier in the future? Or better yet, go study abroad there. Good luck though.
